Greetings fellow broadcasters. The time has come again to conduct our monthly meetings face-to-face and in person! I have secured our spot in the back room of Mitsui Buffet for Thursday June 24th. Please pay as you enter and mention that you are with the Central Valley SBE group. Note that you will need a face covering when travelling to the food/drink service area. In case you need a reminder, or if this will be your first time, the restaurant is located on the North side of Shaw Avenue between Villa and Minnewawa in Clovis. Hope to see you there.
Need the Newest 2021 UPDATED version of the EAS Operating Handbook?
The EAS Operating Handbook summarizes the actions to be taken by personnel at EAS Participant facilities upon receipt of an EAN, tests, or State and Local Area alerts. A copy of the Handbook must be located at normal duty positions or EAS equipment locations when an operator is required to be on duty and be immediately available to staff responsible for authenticating messages and initiating actions.
