Ken Holden, SBE 66 Chairman

I’m so full of smoked turkey I could burst! Hope you all had a nice, restful Thanksgiving and are not too stuffed. I’ll do better at Christmas….Ha!

The end of the year is nigh and the cold, snowy (XMTR sites) weather will make our trips to the hills exciting. Be sure to “winterize” your vehicles. Check the battery and if it’s much more than two years old….better replace it. Renew all fluids and check the belt(s). Don’t forget the wiper blades.  We have all learned over the years, that there’s nothing more frustrating than a vehicle that gives us trouble in the hills in a snowstorm. We don’t want to find one of you next spring after the thaw!

Our friend Joe Falcone of JVC (Formally of Panasonic) will be hosting this month’s meeting and showing some really cool JVC cameras and monitors. Please see all the details in this newsletter and we will see you there at HTB in Clovis this Thursday.
