Peak Broadcasting has emerged from Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection, though technically its radio licenses in Fresno, CA and Boise, ID are transferred to Claudia Horn.  Horn is the EVP and CFO of  BMT LLC (Broadcast Management and Technology).  The Trust run by Horn is LMAing the stations back to Peak, pending FCC approval of the transfer of licenses from the Trust to the new “Peak”.  CEO Todd Lawley and CFO Tim Lyons will head the second-round Peak Broadcasting, and will operate with a much lighter debt load.
