We are again congregating at the Mitsui Buffet in Clovis for the October lunch meeting. If you’ll be spending the night at your transmitter working throughout the wee hours until the sun comes up (been there done that) it is OK to make it a breakfast meeting. Remember that the staff at Mitsui asks that you check-in at the front desk to let them know you are arriving for the SBE luncheon. We will collect payment for the food/drinks at the end of the meeting per their request. Note that you will need a face covering upon entering and when travelling to the food/drink service area. As always, bring any questions/concerns/ideas/
Gary Hanson, one of our long-time Central Valley broadcasters, passed away at the end of September. Bring your remembrances of this all around nice guy to share at the meeting. We’ve included a bio from the Fresno Bee about Gary. He will be missed.
