50th Anniversary Annual Membership Meeting to be Webcast
This year’s SBE Annual Membership Meeting, the society’s 50th, will be available to members and others around the world via the Internet. The meeting will be held on Wednesday, October 8 beginning at 3 pm ET and will conclude by 4 pm. The meeting will include special observances of the SBE 50th anniversary, reports from key SBE leaders, including an update on the society’s strategic plan implementation from SBE president, Joe Snelson. Newly elected national officers and directors will be inducted into office.

The 50th SBE Annual Membership Meeting is a part of the SBE National Meeting, hosted by
the SBE Chapter 22 Broadcast & Technology Expo. The Expo is held all day on Wednesday, October 8 at the Turning Stone Resort and Casino in Verona, N.Y. In addition to the Expo, the event features an expanded schedule of technical sessions including:
