I’m not sure if it was the weather, which was great, but we had one of the bigger turnouts for the Meadow Lakes BBQ this year. Word must be getting around on how good the food is, thanks to you all. Of course Ken slaving away over the BBQ barrel may have had something to do with it as well. Find out who was there and catch a few shots of the festivities in this Newsletter. Thanks to all who came early and stayed late to help coordinate, set-up and clean up.

This months meeting will be a lunch at the HomeTown Buffet in Clovis. It’s a non hosted event beginning at noon on Thursday the 31st so pay as you enter and meet the gang in the banquet room. The fact that we’re having the event on Halloween is not an encouragement to arrive in your favorite costume but, if you do, expect a few extra treats.
