Ken Holden, SBE 66 Chairman

As winter slowly moves on, we find another year has passed and another “term” is about to expire. It’s been a pretty good year, all in all, for the Ol’ 66. The high point for me was the great bus trip to Sutro.

I’m just sorry more weren’t along to enjoy the fun. Those that were along had a really great tour and lunch.

We all lost a dear friend and talented engineer recently with the passing of Randy Stover. I first met Randy when I was 15 and had just gotten my F.C.C. Commercial License. He helped me get my first job in radio and was an early mentor in my broadcast career.  He will be missed.

As per the last 20++ years, we will be having our January meeting at Luna’s fine Italian restaurant in Oldtown Clovis at Pollaski and 3rd. There we will also have our yearly elections for Chapter officers. Remember. . . Be there–or get elected (railroaded)!!

See you ALL there Thursday the 31st. at 7PM.
