This Wednesday the SBE will hold its 48th National Meeting in Denver, Colorado. If you can’t be there in person, you can watch the one-hour membership meeting via the Internet.
The Annual Membership Meeting of the National SBE will be streamed live from Denver on October 24. The one-hour meeting will begin at 3 p.m. PT (6 p.m. ET). To view the meeting, go to the SBE website, www.sbe.org, several minutes before the program begins and click on the Annual Membership Meeting icon on the homepage. The meeting agenda includes brief reports on membership, certification, education and government relations of the society, as well as comments from SBE President Ralph Hogan. Officers and new directors will also be sworn into office. Tribute will also be paid to the late John Battison, founder of the SBE.
The annual membership meeting takes place as a part of the SBE National Meeting, being held in conjunction with the Rocky Mountain Audio Visual Expo (AVX) at the Crowne Plaza Denver International Airport Hotel. The local host of the 2012 National Meeting is Chapter 48, Denver.
