Those voting via the Internet will receive an email from Intelliscan that day, explaining the simple and secure voting procedure. Those voting by mail will receive their ballots in the mail within a few days after July 26. All ballots, electronic or paper, must be cast and received by 4:30 p.m. ET on Tuesday, August 28.
