FCC to Streamline Notice to Airman (NOTAM)

Under current FCC rules, tower owners are generally required to notify the FAA within 30 minutes of discovering a lighting outage or malfunction, and they must take steps to repair the faulty lighting as rapidly as practicable. As of mid-January 2015, Notices to Airmen (NOTAMs) will no longer automatically expire after 15 days.  more…

SBE Awards Dinner October 8, 2014

The above video is the 50th SBE Annual Membership Meeting  program portion of the SBE National Awards Dinner broadcast via the Internet, on Wednesday, October 8.

 SBE Chapter 66 received recognition for the highest average attendance at chapter meetings (Class B – 33 or more members) for the period, June 1, 2013 to May 31, 2014.

SBE to Expand Membership Scope, Support
